⚠️ Customer responsibility: cancel your subscription yourself
Your DaVinci Deluxe account at davincideluxe.fr/profile includes a button labelled "Manage Subscription" that opens the official Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can:
- Cancel your subscription instantly -- one click, no admin approval, no need to contact support
- Update the payment card on file
- Download every past invoice
- See the next billing date and the current period end
This tool has been available since the moment you created your account. It is YOUR sole responsibility to use it to cancel before the renewal date if you no longer want the subscription. Subscriptions are auto-renewing by design (this is how Stripe subscriptions work everywhere).
If a renewal charge has occurred because you did not cancel via the Stripe portal, the charge is fully authorized and we do not issue refunds. Per EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), digital content (which DaVinci Deluxe is) is explicitly excluded from the right of withdrawal once delivery begins, and you acknowledged this at checkout.
To stop future renewals: log in to your profile → Subscription tab → click Manage Subscription → click "Cancel plan" inside Stripe portal. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will occur.
